His career includes over a decade with Morgan Stanley (Investment Banking Division) and Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank (Corporate Coverage), where he executed complex transactions spanning corporate finance, restructuring, capital raising, M&A, and business strategy for MNCs and Indian corporates (including listed companies in India).

With an MBA (PGDM) from IIM Lucknow, a Chartered Accountancy qualification (All India Merit Holder), a Company Secretary qualification, and a PhD Scholar, Atul brings a uniquely multi-dimensional perspective to every engagement, combining practitioner depth with academic rigour.
